====== The Territory Network ======

**The Territory Network** was an alliance of Community Radio Stations in **The Northern Territory** of Australia sometime around 1995, the main aim of which appeared to be to provide 'Capital City' programming to remote communities.

The stations involved (IIRC) were:
  * 8TOP 104.1 MHz Territory FM (Now [[station:1599519|]])
  * 8EAR (Gove FM)(A station which appears to have closed down recently)
  * Batchelor FM [(I cannot find any information on this station. There is a community station called "**Radio Rum Jungle**" on 95.3 MHz in Batchelor, but I don't know if this is the same station)]
  * 8KTR (Katherine FM)
  * 8CCC Alice Springs and Tennant Creek. (8CCC Community Radio Alice Springs)

From what I remember, these stations Handled their own programming for part of the day, and taking Territory Network programming at other times . The Afternoons is one slot I remember.
